I restructured EMA's data submission app to tailor the user experience to the signed in user. This resulted in more clarity for pharmaceutical manufacturers and government agencies on what data should be submitted.
I performed a UX audit on the Border Control Station application. Following the audit, I developed and presented design proposals to improve the user experience.

I conducted user research with aid workers from South Sudan to understand the context in which they would use our ‘Whiteflag’ application. Insights from this research (such as the need for user awareness about internet safety) guided the team in prioritizing features for our Minimum Viable Product.
I redesigned the user interface of our mobile game, Quantum Apocalypse, to create a fun and educative experience.
